- Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
- Non-custom items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
✏️Custom Order Policy:
- By placing a custom order, you agree that all provided details (including spelling, dates, colors, and design choices) are correct.
- Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, wood grain, or design may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.
❌ Cancelation Policy:
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, materials may have been prepared or production may have begun, and cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
Please note: All items are handmade and may include natural variations, especially in wood, fabric, or other raw materials. These variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
